Dr. Jenkin is hands down one of the best dermatologists in the Pacific Northwest. He has won numerous accolades and awards and is well respected in his field. I have been a patient for a couple years and he has always been professional and explains things to me thoroughly. I've noticed he is very steady with his hands and has the ability to operate with surgical precision. With regards to the front desk, I have seen numerous employees come and go in the past few years and they have all been awesome and accommodating. The office is run very efficiently."

I especially appreciated that he explained the clinical treatment and how he will respond if my symptoms did not improve in 10-14 days. Walking down the halls, they all greeted me or smiled. When Dr. Jenkin came into the exam room, he was friendly and very thorough. (In case you're wondering, I had a recurring allergic reaction.) Two weeks later, I had a follow up. Experience was the same. Friendly staff, making sure my parking was validated, welcoming smiles, etc. Dr. Jenkin is gracious, professional, friendly and approachable."

The woman who took my medical history was friendly and thorough and both the doctors I saw were very informative. I never really knew what I should be watching out for and Google can convince me that every mole I have is cancerous, so I was glad to have all my questions answered. I had one raised mole on my back that wasn't a cause for concern, but was obviously being irritated by clothing and they removed it right after my exam. No need to schedule second appointment was absolutely astounding. I was in and out of the office in thirty minutes flat."

I've been a patient at this clinic for over ten years, starting back when they were with Minor and James Medical in the First Hill Medical Building. I have had surgery twice for benign skin cancer on my face twice, and have been in two or three times a year since for dermatological matters I won't explicate here."

I found fthe staff to be friendly and helpful. And when I raised concerns about cost of medication, they have consistently made clear if the medication is too much, let them know and they will find an alternative. The support staff has been helpful and if they don't know and answer to my question, will try to find it.
